Keith has done a tremendous job above and beyond his role's expectations in a variety of ways: Creating a 'Devvie Days' initiative that has caught on within the organization that other trains are doing to show DevBuild() team members what it is like to be on a real development team, he's found a creative way to transfer our confluence pages as they were being shut down because of licensing and security concerns quickly and efficiently in a way that the stream and other teams in the org were able to do, and he's done all this while creating PriceX and putting in extra time after normal hours to achieve the outcomes of delivering a highly impressive demo to the business and keep his team motivated to delivery more business value! After stepping in as the leader of the pricing team he did what I have seen past leaders fail at. He brought together the two halves (AMP and .NET) and starting making progress at what needs to be done to overhaul pricing. For the short term he led the team to finish up the LLPA service, which has been being worked on for a long time. As for the long term he has been meeting with a small group of technology and business leaders to lay out the future of pricing. Hey Elder, I just wanted to take a second and thank you for your time and your insight today at the RAD leader meeting. I thought you had a lot of really great points especially the recruiting piece, I couldn't agree more on that being so important.
